In the victim child's statement, it was noted that they said regarding the suspect Özkan D., "The sports teacher doesn't like me, he said 'I will beat you if you misbehave'", "My friends saw while the sports teacher was doing these things to me", "He only hit one of my friends", "He pulled down my clothes", "He filmed me while I was naked", and regarding the suspects Elif A., Ecem A., and Beyza Z., they stated, "The teacher at the nursery hit me on the upper part of my chest with a stick", "They called my friend and me b...", "Their and the sports teacher's touches were bad touches", "He hit my nose". The referral letter indicated that the child's knowledge of the sexual allegations mentioned in their statement was contrary to the ordinary course of life, and it was stated that due to the victim's age and position, the likelihood of having a motive to falsely accuse the suspects, who were their teachers, would be low.
