Burhan alleged that 106 members of parliament close to Özgür Özel and his team have formed a WhatsApp group called "Yürüyüş" and will collectively resign and join a newly established party by July 14.

Journalist Sinan Burhan alleged that the opposition wing against Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu within the party has brought tensions to the breaking point, and a large-scale wave of resignations is imminent.

Burhan stated that the division within the party has been tied to a concrete timeline, saying, “By July 14th, 106 members of parliament close to Mr. Özgür Özel and his team will resign from the CHP and join the new party.”
While it is discussed that even the location of the headquarters for the new party allegedly to be established under Özgür Özel’s leadership has been determined, it is noted that this move could completely alter the parliamentary arithmetic and main opposition dynamics.
WHATSAPP GROUP NAMED “WALK”
Burhan explained the source of this striking information and the organizational network within the party as follows: “The members of parliament allegedly preparing to resign have a secret WhatsApp group among themselves called the ‘Walk Group.’ The 106 members of parliament in this group coordinate the developments in the party, the new party process, and the steps to be taken daily through this channel.”
KILIÇDAROĞLU’S STATEMENTS BLEW THE LID OFF
According to the backstage information relayed by Sinan Burhan, these members of parliament initially aimed to stay within the party and initiate an extraordinary congress process. However, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu’s closure of doors to congress calls and failure to give a clear change signal in his latest television appearance was the last straw.
