EXPLOSION HIT SURROUNDING HOMES
An explosion occurred for a reason not yet determined at the fireworks factory in the Kaushambi district of Uttar Pradesh state. The force of the blast caused major damage to the factory building, and the fire quickly spread to the surroundings. Health and rescue teams dispatched to the scene took 16 people seriously injured to the hospital.
11 PEOPLE LOST THEIR LIVES
