In the investigation of the İmamoğlu Criminal Organization for Profit conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 23 suspects taken into custody on allegations of conducting illegal tenders through Ağaç ve Peyzaj AŞ have been referred to the courthouse. In the investigation into the "İmamoğlu Criminal Organization for Profit," 23 suspects who were detained on allegations of rigging tenders by fraudulently operating a fictitious tender system through Ağaç and Peyzaj AŞ have been referred to the courthouse.
The investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the "İmamoğlu Criminal Organization for Profit" continues.
Within the scope of the investigation, the procedures of 23 suspects detained at the Istanbul Police Department's Financial Crimes Branch have been completed. After health checks, the suspects were referred to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan.
INVESTIGATION
In a statement from the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated that "investigations are being conducted into the actions carried out within the scope of the activities of the criminal organization established under the leadership of Ekrem İmamoğlu."
The statement, which indicated that an operation was carried out regarding allegations that the organization rigged tenders by fraudulently operating a fictitious tender system through its subsidiary company Ağaç and Peyzaj AŞ, noted that 29 of the 30 suspects for whom detention orders were issued were apprehended.
In the statement, it was reported that efforts to apprehend one of the suspects, who is abroad, continue.
Seven of the 29 suspects detained in the investigation were taken to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan after their procedures at the police station.

While suspect Adnan Cullanmak was released after his statement at the prosecutor's office, suspects Murat Cırık, Oktay Özel, Cezayir Aday, Ahmet Kocadağ, Ünal Aksoy, and Hakan Cullanmak, who were referred to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace, were released under judicial control measures of "not leaving residence" and "signature with a travel ban abroad."
It was reported that the procedures for 22 detained suspects at the police station were ongoing.
Within the scope of ongoing efforts, Orhan Yıldırım, who was abroad, was detained at the airport upon his return to Turkey.
The suspect was taken to the police station for processing.
