FOOD WAREHOUSE INSPECTION

In Uşak, teams from the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry and the Provincial Police Department conducted an inspection at a food warehouse in the city center. During the inspections, the products in the warehouse were examined one by one.

OVER 30 TONS OF SPOILED PRODUCTS FOUND

As a result of the examinations, 29 tons of chocolate and 1 ton 600 kilograms of canned products, which were determined to be expired and spoiled, were seized. The teams confiscated products that could endanger human health.

LEGAL ACTION AGAINST 2 SUSPECTS

Within the scope of the operation, suspects Ö.Ö. (53) and K.Ö. (47), who were taken into custody, were released after their procedures at the police station. It was reported that legal proceedings have been initiated against the suspects on charges of "trafficking in spoiled and adulterated food and drugs."

PRODUCTS TO BE DESTROYED
