In the Bodrum district of Muğla, a taxi struck a motorcycle coming from a side road late at night, resulting in the deaths of 2 people. The moment of the accident was captured by a vehicle camera.

TAXI AND MOTORCYCLE COLLIDE
In the night hours, a taxi driven by M.C. on Torba Rıza Anter Street hit a motorcycle driven by Murat Yüp, which emerged from a side road. Unable to stop, the taxi crashed into a lamppost on the roadside and overturned. The impact caused the lamppost to fall as well. Two people on the motorcycle, dragged approximately 100 meters in the accident, were seriously injured.

Following the report, health and police teams arrived at the scene. The injured were taken to the hospital after initial treatment at the scene. Murat Yüp (52), taken to the American Hospital, and Gülistan Variş (30), taken to the Bodrum State Hospital, died. Taxi driver M.C. was taken into custody by police, and an investigation into the accident has been initiated.
