The Istanbul Governorship made changes in the personnel of the Provincial Police Department for the summer period of 2025. With the appointments made, the new positions of 9 provincial police deputy chiefs, 12 district police chiefs, 17 branch managers, 4 district police deputy chiefs, and 7 branch deputy managers were determined. The list shared by the governorship also included Şinasi Yüzbaşıoğlu, the husband of Müge Anlı.

In the intra-provincial appointment decisions, Müge Anlı's husband was also included. The famous figure's husband, Şinasi Yüzbaşıoğlu, was appointed as the Sarıyer District Police Chief. Yüzbaşıoğlu had been serving in the Beşiktaş District Police Department since December 2024.
