The bomb in question caused panic in the city; it was neutralized as a result of the bomb disposal operations. In a statement, French Minister of Transport Philippe Tabarot indicated that the suspended services would gradually resume from 5:00 PM local time following the discovery of the bomb. Tabarot stated, "The neutralization operations have finally come to an end and went well. The bomb contained 200 kilograms of explosives."
