THE BILL WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE PRESIDENCY OF TBMM TOMORROW
The bill, which includes the regulation for increasing the lowest pension, will be submitted to the Presidency of TBMM by AK Party Group Chairman Güler tomorrow. The figures regarding the lowest pension will be clarified after the evaluation to be conducted today. This proposal will also include a regulation to increase the employer support for the minimum wage to 1270 lira.
EXCESSIVE SITE DUES HAVE ALSO BEEN INCLUDED IN THE PROPOSAL
Güler will also submit the bill regarding excessive site dues, prepared considering complaints such as "I pay more dues than my rent," to the Presidency of TBMM tomorrow. According to this proposal, the services such as renewal of fixed assets, infrastructure, maintenance, repair, and cleaning in the sites will first be planned by the managements. Offers will be collected for these services. The offers will be submitted for the approval of the property owners. Dues will be collected at the rates determined for the approved services. Dues cannot be collected without approval.
The regulation aims to ensure that the dues expenses are carried out transparently, to prevent high dues, and to prevent abuses in this regard.
Additionally, this proposal will provide a new opportunity and time for the rightful owners of agricultural lands and some properties that could not be paid for various reasons and whose applications could not be completed for various justifications.
