Şerife Güzel / Haberler.com - MHP Group Deputy Chair Filiz Kılıç emphasized that the priority of her party is not the elections but the goal of a "Terror-Free Turkey" while evaluating the call for "early elections" made by CHP Chairman Özgür Özel.
"WE DON'T SEE IT AS VERY POSSIBLE" Kılıç, who met with parliamentary reporters in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, stated that they are cautious about CHP's early election plan, saying, “Will Mr. Özgür be able to convince 22 deputies to resign? Right now, CHP has much different problems. Therefore, we don't see it as very possible, but we are closely following the developments,” she said.
"OUR FIRST PRIORITY IS NOT THE ELECTION" Kılıç drew attention to the regional conditions Turkey is in, stating, “A wrong step could disrupt the internal balances and lead to disaster. For this reason, we are in favor of acting steadily.”

IZZET ULVI YÖNTER'S RESIGNATION Responding to a question regarding the resignation of MHP Deputy Chairman İzzet Ulvi Yönter, Kılıç expressed that this is a normal process. Kılıç said, “One deputy chairman leaves, another comes. Mr. Yönter wanted to continue his academic career, and our chairman deemed it appropriate. There is nothing to exaggerate about this,” she said.
