A written proposal from at least 5% of the total membership is required to be a candidate for chairman. Signatures can only be given for one of the candidates for chairman."
SINGLE AGENDA CONGRESS
The CHP is heading to the congress in anticipation of the possibility of a trustee being appointed to the party, and the only agenda item of the 38th Congress is the election of the chairman.
