According to the claim, a female driver slowed down her vehicle to give way to a pedestrian while driving with her children. At that moment, a police officer coming from behind crashed into the car because he could not maintain a safe distance. When the woman's husband arrived at the scene, a dispute broke out between him and the police. As the argument escalated, the police officer and the female driver's husband got into a fistfight. Bystanders watched the incident without intervening.

Expert Dr. Dağıstan Ayan, who made a statement on social media regarding the incident, said that the person involved in the fight with the police was his sister's husband.
Ayan described the incident as follows:
"The person fighting with the police in this video is my sister's husband. He is a respected businessman in Denizli. He is perhaps one of the most naive and kindest people you can meet in this world. My sister slows down while driving with her children to give way to a pedestrian, and this police officer cannot stop because he is coming too fast and not maintaining a safe distance, and he crashes into the car from behind. Then my brother-in-law arrives at the scene, and after some arguments, unfortunately, these images emerge. No matter what the situation is, you cannot hit a person in front of your children and wife. You are a public servant; if there is a crime, you can call for backup and carry out the necessary legal procedures. What does it mean to hit someone?"
