A cargo worker was found dead in the vehicle he boarded to go to work in Maltepe. The cause of death of the worker, whose identity has not yet been revealed, was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution. According to the information obtained, the incident occurred around 09:30 in a parking lot located on Doğuşkent Street in Girne Neighborhood. Those who saw N.C. (70) motionless in the driver's seat called health and police teams. Health teams that arrived at the scene determined that the individual had died upon their examination. After the examinations, the deceased's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution to determine the exact cause of death. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
HE WAS A COPD PATIENT
Azmi Kahraman, a resident of the neighborhood, stated that a person was found dead in the vehicle, saying, "We saw a large crowd. We learned that a cargo worker had lost his life in the vehicle. I think he was going to work in the morning. It is said that he was a COPD patient. He lived alone and had a daughter. He was not someone familiar; he had recently moved to this area. He died in the car spontaneously," he said.
