The decision regarding the events that occurred after the Trabzonspor-Fenerbahçe match played on March 17, 2024, has been announced. The Trabzon 3rd Criminal Court of First Instance sentenced Jayden Oosterwolde, İrfan Can Eğribayat, and Bright Osayi-Samuel to a fine of 6,000 TL each for "simple injury." The court imposed a fine of 4,480 TL for the crime of "intentional injury" on the defendant H.Ç., while K.O. and R.B. were each fined 6,000 TL for the same offense. The case of Michy Batshuayi, for whom an arrest warrant was issued, has been separated.
After the events that occurred following the Trabzonspor-Fenerbahçe match played in the 30th week of the 2023-2024 Trendyol Super League in Trabzon, it was decided to impose a judicial fine of 12 thousand lira on football player Bright Osayi Samuel, and 6 thousand lira each on İrfan Can Eğribayat and Jayden Ousterwolde, and to postpone the announcement of the verdict.

The decision hearing of the case involving Fenerbahçe player Jayden Ousterwolde, who was tried without detention, along with Bright Osayi Samuel and İrfan Can Eğribayat, who were wearing the same team jersey at that time, and Trabzonspor fans H.Ç, R.B., and K.O., was held at the Trabzon 3rd Criminal Court of First Instance on March 17, 2024, regarding the events that occurred after the Trabzonspor-Fenerbahçe match played in Trabzon.
FINE FOR OSAYI, OOSTERWOLDE, AND İRFAN CAN
The court judge ruled that the complainant defendant Bright Osayi Samuel committed the crime of "intentional injury" twice, imposing a total judicial fine of 360 days. The court reduced the fine to 300 days, resulting in a total penalty of 12 thousand lira, and postponed the announcement of the verdict.
Football players Jayden Quınn Oosterwolde and İrfan Can Eğribayat were each given a judicial fine of 120 days for the crime of "intentional injury." The court increased the penalties for both players to 180 days due to the actions being carried out in sports areas, but then reduced it to 150 days considering the impact on the defendants' futures, resulting in a fine of 6 thousand lira each and postponing the announcement of the verdict.
PENALTY FOR 3 TRABZONSPOR FANS
The court imposed a judicial fine of 4 thousand 480 lira on defendant H.Ç for the crime of "intentional injury," and 6 thousand lira each on K.O. and R.B. for the same crime. The court decided to postpone the announcement of the verdict for the three defendants regarding this crime and also banned these individuals from entering sports areas.
Additionally, the court sentenced defendants H.Ç, R.B., and K.O. to 3 months in prison for the crime of entering the competition area, locker rooms, corridors of the rooms, and athlete exit tunnels without authorization. Considering the impact of the prison sentence on the defendants' futures, the judge reduced the sentence to 2 months and 15 days and decided to postpone the announcement of the verdict.
ARREST WARRANT FOR BATSHUAYI
Regarding football player Michy Batshuayi Tunga, for whom an arrest warrant was issued and whose defense could not be taken, it was ruled to separate the file and continue the trial and arrest.
