The Israeli army has carried out airstrikes in northern Iran for the first time since launching joint attacks with the United States. In the attacks on the Caspian Sea, 5 ships belonging to the Iranian navy were targeted by air operations.

The Times of Israel reported that loud explosion sounds were heard in Bender Enzeli, which is located on the coast of the Caspian Sea, due to airstrikes.

It was stated that the explosion sounds were caused by Israeli fighter jets attacking elements of the Iranian navy in the Caspian Sea.

It was noted that for the first time, the Israeli army attacked naval elements in the Caspian Sea following the attacks it launched with the US on February 28.
