Father Nizamettin Kabaiş, who came to Van to follow the developments regarding the death of university student Rojin Kabaiş, made statements about his visit. Stating that he has been in constant contact with his lawyer regarding his daughter Rojin's death, Father Kabaiş said, "I was in Istanbul. I was in contact with the lawyer every day and we were talking. We spoke with the President of the Van Bar Association, Sinan Özaraz, and we applied to the prosecutor's office. The autopsy report had already arrived. That's why we went there. We read most of the items in the autopsy. We objected and sent it back to the prosecutor's office again. They have taken it for review." "THERE IS NO SUCH THING"Indicating that the confidentiality decision of the file is still in effect, Kabaiş said, "My brother and I came from Istanbul. My brother from Diyarbakır, my uncle's son, my wife, and my son Ömer also came. We have been in Van for two days. We have been following the file. There is no new statement. However, our lawyer specifically asked the chief prosecutor, 'You have given it to the media. The file has come to the media, the autopsy report has come, and it is stated in the subtitle that it was "drowning in water." The chief prosecutor said, 'I did not reflect that. They leaked it. I did not say it was drowning. I only said that the file had arrived. They leaked it to the channels. They said that in Rojin Kabaiş's file, it was stated as drowning in water.' So the chief prosecutor did not say that. There is no such thing," he expressed.
