Abdurrahman Karabulut, the lawyer for Rojin Kabaiş's family, claimed regarding the Rocuronium and Ornidazole substances detected in the autopsy report that these chemicals were administered to Kabaiş orally, causing her to be knocked out, and that her respiration was paralyzed, leading to her death. Karabulut argued that it is biochemically impossible for Rocuronium to be detected in the stomach under normal conditions, and that the crime was committed by individuals with authorized access to these substances.
Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Faculty of Education, Department of Preschool Teaching, first-year student Rojin Kabaiş's death has revealed new and critical findings in the forensic medicine processes. The family's lawyer, Abdurrahman Karabulut, shared the results of their examinations of the forensic medicine reports and the young girl's past surgical records with the public.
"CHEMICALS IMPOSSIBLE TO OBTAIN OUTSIDE THE OPERATING ROOM WERE DETECTED"
Detailing the autopsy report conducted after Kabaiş's lifeless body was found on October 15, Lawyer Karabulut stated that two different medical substances, Rocuronium and Ornidazole, were detected in the stomach and internal organs. Karabulut stated that, in addition to Ornidazole, which is used in infection treatment, the presence of Rocuronium, a substance almost impossible to obtain outside operating rooms and which paralyzes muscles in a short time, completely changed the course of the incident.

Drawing attention to the fact that the half-life of the drug in the body is between 30 and 90 minutes, Karabulut emphasized that the substance in question could not have remained from the surgery Kabaiş underwent on September 11, 2024. He noted that the substance being found "fresh" in the body during the autopsy makes it biochemically impossible for it to originate from an old surgery.

Arguing that the forensic data clearly proves the murder, Lawyer Karabulut used the following statements in his statement on his social media account: "These forensic data prove that, just before our client was found on October 15, she was knocked out by being given Ornidazole and especially Rocuronium through the stomach by individuals authorized to access these chemicals, and then killed by paralyzing her respiratory system."
