A husband and wife were separated by death when their car crashed into highway toll booths in Tekirdağ.
FLIPPED AFTER CRASH
The accident occurred around 07:30 at the 1915 Çanakkale Highway Malkara toll booths. The car with license plate 17 AD 771, driven by Mustafa Şenol, lost control, crashed into the concrete barrier of the toll booths, and flipped. Upon notification, gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
ONE COULD NOT BE SAVED
In the accident, the driver and his wife Sevim Şenol, who was beside him, were injured and taken to Malkara State Hospital by ambulances. Among the injured, Sevim Şenol, who was in critical condition, could not be saved despite doctors' intervention. It was learned that Mustafa Şenol, who continues treatment, is not in life-threatening condition.
