A masked protester vandalized the wax statue of Benjamin Netanyahu at the Wax Museum in Mexico City on Tuesday night. In footage that spread on social media, the protester is seen first covering the statue in red paint and then attacking it with a hammer. A Palestinian flag is prominently displayed beneath the statue. The attacker turned to the camera and said: "Long live Palestine, Long live Sudan, Long live Yemen, Long live Puerto Rico." 'The Blood of Palestinians' In a more detailed video shared by BDS Mexico, the activist states: "It is my responsibility to take down this war criminal because the Wax Museum in Mexico City forgot to cover this statue with the blood of 40,000 Palestinians." "I am doing this by embracing the Jewish people. I love them very much and I believe their identity has been stolen by these genocidal [individuals]." "These war criminals are not welcome in our city." At the end of the video, the following message appears: "Our liberation will either be together or not at all. Death to imperialism."
