CIVIL SERVANT UNION DID NOT APPLY

On the other hand, in a statement made by Memur-Sen, it was stated that Memur-Sen would not apply to the arbitration board, saying, "'The principle of 'justice in income and balance in wages' that we have pursued, the construction of the disrupted labor peace, and our efforts to raise the income level of civil servants and retirees have resulted in a deadlock due to the public employer's insistence on a lack of solutions. As Memur-Sen, we have decided not to take the signed meeting minutes regarding the 8th Term Collective Bargaining negotiations, which resulted in a deadlock, to the Arbitration Board and did not apply to the Arbitrator."
