In the incident where a young female university student in Kastamonu was seriously injured after jumping naked from the 2nd floor, A.D., a faculty member at Kastamonu University who was present at the home, has been arrested on multiple charges, including 'aggravated sexual assault'.
In Kastamonu, A.D., a lecturer at Kastamonu University who was taken into custody regarding an incident where a young female university student jumped naked from the second floor and was seriously injured, has been arrested on multiple charges.
JUMPED NAKED FROM THE SECOND FLOOR
According to the news from Kastamonu Istiklal, the incident occurred in a building across from Sepetçioğlu Ticaret Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi on Seheryeli Sokak in Aktekke Neighborhood. Allegedly, the young university student jumped naked from the second floor of the building. She fell onto a parked car and was seriously injured.
TAKEN TO HOSPITAL
Upon notification, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. After initial first aid at the scene, the injured student was taken to the hospital and placed under medical care. An investigation was launched by the Kastamonu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding A.D., the Kastamonu University lecturer who was at home during the incident.
ASSESSMENT: "THE INCIDENT MAY NOT BE AN ACCIDENT"
Based on preliminary findings obtained during the investigation, it was assessed that the incident may not have been an accident, and a detention decision was made for lecturer A.D.
ARRESTED ON MULTIPLE CHARGES
After procedures at the police station, A.D. was referred to the courthouse and faced charges of;
- “Aggravated sexual assault”
- “Deprivation of liberty”
- “Violation of privacy”
- “Damage to property”
- “Threat with a weapon”
- “Insult”
The suspect was arrested by the court and sent to prison.
