FIRE IN SILIVRI
The incident occurred around 13:50 yesterday in the Yeni Mahalle district. Fire crews dispatched to intervene in a grass fire that caused damage to approximately 150 hectares brought the flames under control after about three hours of work.
SHOVEL THROWN AT FIRE TRUCK
A person blocked the path of the fire truck arriving at the scene to respond to the fire report, reacting by claiming the teams were late. The individual, who responded with curses to the announcement made from the fire truck, threw the shovel they were holding at the vehicle. The moments were captured on camera, while bystanders calmed the assailant.
