"WHAT IS HAPPENING IS A FIGHT AGAINST REBELLION"
Today, in statements made through his social media account, Minister Hamza Mustafa explained the reason for the recent clashes in Aleppo as "a fight against rebellion."
The Minister stated, "Some forces have been trying to detach the region from the logic of the state and institutions for a long time. What is happening is a security response to this state of rebellion." He said the main goal of the operations is to "maintain public stability and ensure normalization."
"KURDS ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PARTNER IN THE FUTURE OF SYRIA"
In his statement, the Minister emphasized the importance of historical and cultural ties with the Kurdish people, saying: "Kurds are our partners in the future of Syria. What binds us together is the social contract of citizenship. The historical and humanitarian ties between us are above any temporary tensions."
"WE REJECT FORCED MIGRATION"
Addressing the displacement of thousands of civilians due to the clashes, Mustafa reported that the government has initiated humanitarian efforts for displaced individuals to return to their homes. Mustafa stated, "For whatever reason, we absolutely reject the forced migration of the people or subjecting them to compulsory displacement."
