Previously, Taş rented out his shop for 400 loaves of bread, which used to cost 7 liras per loaf. This time, he posted three options on the window. The options stated on the poster were 'Monthly rent of 2 grams of 24-carat gold, 100 liters of diesel fuel, or 50,000 liras in advance for a year'. The people who saw these options couldn't hide their astonishment.

Taş stated that he has returned to the barter system and said that he wants diesel fuel or gold in exchange. Taş mentioned that people were surprised to see this as a trade and stated that he had previously agreed with his tenant for 400 loaves of bread as rent.

Taş, who stated that the younger generation criticizes the barter system because they are not familiar with it, said, "But 100 or 200 years ago, it was always the barter system. After the introduction of the monetary system, it became the monetary system. In fact, barter is the best system. The shop is approximately 40 square meters. Just as someone can touch the walls of the shop, I also want to touch something with the barter system. I asked for the price of 100 liters of diesel fuel to use it myself. The price of 100 liters of diesel fuel is the same all over Turkey, it may fluctuate by one lira. But in the end, both the shop and the diesel fuel have a purpose of use. In this regard, barter seemed logical to me. If diesel fuel or gold decreases, the rent will also decrease," he said.
