Decisions regarding the names elected to the Court of Cassation and Council of State memberships were published in the Official Gazette; while Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor Gökhan Karaköse was elected to the Court of Cassation membership by the HSK General Assembly, three new members were elected to the Council of State.
The decisions regarding the new members elected to the Court of Cassation and the Council of State were published in the Official Gazette.
COURT OF CASSATION
Accordingly, Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor Gökhan Karaköse was elected as a member of the Court of Cassation by the General Assembly of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK).
COUNCIL OF STATE
The HSK General Assembly decided to elect Ankara Administrative Court President Gülten Hatipoğlu and Istanbul Regional Administrative Court President Recep Yılmaz Korkmaz as members of the Council of State.
Additionally, according to the decree signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, former Director General of Legal Services at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Şükran Doğan, was also elected as a member of the Council of State.
