A suspect who entered a jewelry store in the Nusaybin district of Mardin as a customer and stole a gold ring worth approximately 60,000 lira was arrested after being caught in Şırnak and was subsequently detained by the court. The incident was captured on security cameras.
A person who came to a jewelry store located on Lozan Street in the Nusaybin district of Mardin stated that he wanted to buy a ring and examined the products in the display window.
EVERYTHING HAPPENED IN SECONDS
The person who took the ring worth 60 thousand lira fled the store under the pretext of taking a photo. The moment of the incident was captured by security cameras. In the footage, it was seen that the suspect quickly fled after taking the ring, while the store owner, Süleyman Can, tried to follow him to determine his direction.
CAUGHT IN A NEIGHBORING PROVINCE
As a result of the work carried out by the police teams, F.M. was caught and detained in the Cizre district of Şırnak four days after the incident. After his procedures at the police station, the suspect was brought to the Nusaybin Criminal Court of Peace via SEGBİS and sent to prison.
