Following the end of the US-Iran negotiations without an agreement, a proposal for joint work with the US came from Russia. In a statement from the Kremlin, it was announced, "We are ready to take Iran's enriched uranium as part of a future peace agreement."

A surprise offer has come from Russia following the negotiations between the US and Iran, which ended without results.

The Kremlin stated, "We are ready to take Iran's enriched uranium as part of a future peace agreement."

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov noted that the offer was mentioned by Russian President Vladimir Putin during contacts with both the US and regional countries.

"THE OFFER IS STILL VALID"

Peskov said, “This proposal was expressed by Mr. Putin in discussions with both the US and regional countries. The offer is still valid, but it has not yet been implemented.”

The offer is considered to potentially be part of an agreement aimed at reducing international concerns regarding Iran's nuclear program.

THE US REQUESTS FROM IRAN: FREEZE FOR 20 YEARS

On the other hand, reports in the Israeli press suggested that during negotiations in Islamabad for a permanent ceasefire, the US agreed to release a portion of frozen funds and to end attacks.

In return, it was stated that the Washington administration requested Iran to freeze its uranium enrichment activities for 20 years, as well as to export enriched uranium out of the country and to grant free navigation rights in the Strait of Hormuz without any tax payments.

Reports indicated that the Iranian side discussed the nuclear issue "contrary to instructions from Tehran," but noted that there were significant differences between the parties.

NEGOTIATIONS HAD NOT YIELDED RESULTS

US Vice President JD Vance announced that direct talks with Iran in Islamabad ended without an agreement. Vance stated that despite prolonged contacts between the parties, no consensus was reached.

In his statement, Vance said, “We have been working on this issue for 21 hours and have had a series of important discussions with the Iranians. This is a positive development. However, the fact that we could not reach an agreement is the negative side. I believe this situation is a greater loss for Iran.”

IRAN ACCUSES THE US OF 'EXCESSIVE DEMANDS'

Reports in the Iranian press indicated that the reason for the inconclusive talks in Islamabad was the demands of the US. According to the reports, the Tehran administration claimed that Washington made "excessive demands" during the negotiations.

WILL THERE BE A NEW MEETING?

Russia's offer regarding uranium has also raised the question of whether a new negotiation ground will be established between the parties.
