A truck skidded into the living room of a house in Bursa due to the southwesterly winds.

A pickup truck that succumbed to the severe wind in Bursa crashed into a parked car and then entered the living room of an apartment on the ground floor. In this tragicomic accident, there were no injuries, but there was material damage to the vehicles and the house.

The accident occurred around 01:30 in the Zümrütevler neighborhood of the central Yıldırım district on 3rd Erikli Street. The pickup truck, parked on 12th Yiğit Street, began to slide due to the severe wind. The sliding truck first hit a parked car and then crashed into a minibus.

ENTERED THE LIVING ROOM OF THE GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT

Due to the force of the collision and the wind, the pickup truck and the minibus entered the living room of the apartment on the ground floor, crossing the railings of the four-story building on 3rd Erikli Street. Citizens who heard the noise reported the situation to emergency services. Upon notification, police, medical, and fire teams were dispatched to the scene. While there were no casualties in the accident, material damage occurred to the vehicles and the house. The police have launched an investigation into the accident.
