In the Ünye district of Ordu, an employee of an electricity company who was electrocuted while performing maintenance on a pole has died in the hospital where he was taken with serious injuries.

In the event that occurred in the Esentepe area of the Yenikent neighborhood in Ünye district of Ordu; according to the information obtained, Bayram Güneş (38), an employee of the electricity distribution company performing maintenance work on the Ünye-Akkuş energy transmission line, was suddenly electrocuted. His colleagues, who saw Güneş lying on the ground after falling from the pole, reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center.

AN INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN INITIATED REGARDING THE INCIDENT

Güneş, a father of two, was taken to Akkuş State Hospital by the medical teams who arrived at the scene, but despite all interventions, he could not be saved. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
