A new decision has been made regarding Tamar Tanrıyar, who was released under judicial supervision after being detained on charges of 'insulting the president' and 'publicly disseminating misleading information'. Upon the request of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the Istanbul 4th Criminal Court of Peace ordered access to be blocked to Tanrıyar's YouTube channel named "Siber Haber". The decision was communicated to the Information Technologies and Communication Authority (BTK).
A new development has occurred regarding Tamar Tanrıyar, who was detained at Kuşadası Port after an arrest warrant was issued as part of an investigation by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, and subsequently released under judicial control by the court.
ACCESS BLOCK ON YOUTUBE CHANNEL
Upon the request of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the Istanbul 4th Criminal Court of Peace decided to block access to Tamar Tanrıyar's YouTube channel named "Siber Haber." It was learned that the decision was communicated to the Information Technologies and Communication Authority (BTK) yesterday.
ANNOUNCED THAT HE WILL REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT FROM PRESIDENT ERDOĞAN
Tanrıyar broke his silence after being released under judicial control, sharing a video on his social media account.
Thanking those who supported him, Tanrıyar stated that he stands behind the allegations he previously made regarding the Albayrak family and said he will follow official channels from now on.
In the video he shared, Tanrıyar also announced that he will request an appointment from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, saying, "I will somehow ask our President to receive me and request an appointment. In fact, there are so many news stories I need to cover... But I need to share them with our President first. I will make this request not by calling out from here, but through official channels."
HE HAD SAID "I WILL NOT RESPOND TO SLANDERS"
Tanrıyar stated that he would not respond to the allegations made against him, noting that his statements were for the purpose of informing the public.
In the video, he said, "I will not even respond to those who try to slander me, but I believe I need to explain some things not to those slanderers, but to the silent majority, so they can be assured."
DETAINED AND RELEASED
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office had launched an investigation against Tamar Tanrıyar on charges of "insulting the President" and "publicly disseminating misleading information."
As part of the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Tanrıyar, who was detained at Kuşadası Port and later released under judicial control by the court to which he was referred.
WHO IS TAMAR TANRIYAR?
Tamar Oner Tanrıyar, the eldest daughter of Haçik Oner, was born in 1982. She completed her primary and secondary education at Aramyan Uncuyan Primary School. After high school, she entered Bahçeşehir University's Public Relations Department. However, due to her interest in cinema, she froze her education in the second year of university and began working in the film and television industry.
In 2021, she married Can Tanrıyar, to whom she had been engaged for about 10 months, in a simple ceremony attended by family members, as the wedding had been postponed due to coronavirus measures.
Recently, Tanrıyar, who has come to the forefront with videos published on YouTube and other digital platforms, has also faced an access block decision for her YouTube channel named "Siber Haber."
