Actress Hafsanur Sancaktutan was detained as part of a drug investigation involving celebrities.
As part of the drug investigation targeting celebrities, a detention order was issued for 14 individuals, including Hafsanur Sancaktutan, Somer Sivrioğlu, Burak Deniz, and Norm Ender.
STATEMENT FROM THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE
In a statement regarding the operation from the Istanbul Anadolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the following was noted:
"Within the scope of the investigation file 2026/73811 of our Istanbul Anadolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Terror and Organized Crimes Investigation Bureau; coordinated with the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Narcotic Crimes Combat Branch Directorate, an operation was conducted on 09.04.2026, targeting 14 suspects believed to have participated in the crimes of Purchasing, Accepting, or Possessing Drugs or Stimulants for Use, or Using Drugs or Stimulants, and Supplying Drugs or Stimulants, which are directed at 'publicly known individuals.'
During the search and seizure operations, 11 suspects were detained, it was determined that 2 suspects were on the run, and 1 suspect was found to be abroad. Our Istanbul Anadolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office continues to conduct investigations into crimes against public health, as it does for all types of crimes, with determination and diligence."
WHO IS HAFSANUR SANCAKTUTAN?
Hafsanur Sancaktutan is a Turkish actress born on March 20, 2000, in Istanbul. She began her acting career in theater and later gained recognition by appearing in television series. She particularly drew attention with her performance in the series Son Yaz. She has also participated in projects such as Ya Çok Seversen and Siyah Kalp. She is considered one of the rising female actors of the young generation.
