According to a report by Daily Mail; Hull City has submitted an offer to Braga for 23-year-old Czech national team goalkeeper Lukas Hornicek, who played in the World Cup, including a transfer fee of £12.5 million plus bonuses.

WHO IS LUKAS HORNICEK?
