The incident occurred on Monday, June 1, at around 17:00 on Ormanlı Street in Cihangir Neighborhood. According to allegations, a fight that started among children was soon joined by their relatives. In the fight, Y.E.Ş., who was attacked by three individuals, was wounded with four knife blows to his left leg. It was learned that the fleeing suspects had a previous feud with Y.E.Ş. over a debt issue.
Upon notification, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The injured Y.E.Ş. was taken to the hospital after initial treatment. The health condition of the wounded individual was reported to be good.

Examining security cameras at the scene, the Avcılar Police Department's Public Order Bureau teams quickly identified the suspects. In the operations, teams mobilized to apprehend O.Ş. (45), who has 4 criminal records, E.Ş. (19), who has 6 criminal records, and C.Ş. (17), who has 2 criminal records. The places where the suspects might have fled were checked one by one. Through field and intelligence work, the suspects were caught at the address where they were hiding in Büyükçekmece. In the vehicle they arrived in, two knives believed to have been used in the incident were confiscated. The investigation into the incident continues.
