A banner hung in the Kazım Karabekir neighborhood of Ümraniye district in Istanbul caused a stir. The banner drew attention with the message, "Whoever exploits the poor by usury in this neighborhood will find us against them," while the phone number written on the banner included the country code of Greece, "+30."

POLICE TEAMS SPRING INTO ACTION

The Organized Crime Department teams of the Istanbul Police Department conducted an operation to capture the suspects identified as having attempted to undermine public order and state authority by causing fear and panic among the public through the unauthorized banner hung in Kazım Karabekir neighborhood.
