Access to social media accounts that are alleged to spread misinformation through the Jeffrey Epstein files in Turkey has been restricted. The Presidency of Communications and the Cyber Crime Department announced that a total of 20 accounts have been blocked. Among these accounts, there are 13 on X and 7 on TikTok.

The Presidency of Communications and the Cyber Crime Department announced that access has been blocked to social media accounts that are alleged to spread misinformation regarding the Epstein files and target Turkey and its state leaders.
ACCESS BLOCK ON 20 ACCOUNTS
According to the statement, a decision to block access has been made for a total of 20 accounts, including 13 on X and 7 on TikTok.
Authorities also reported that a judicial investigation has been initiated against the users whose identities have been identified. It was stated that the blocking decision aims to prevent the spread of false information in the public regarding the allegations related to the Jeffrey Epstein files.
