Within the scope of the comprehensive investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the 'Alihan Kuriş Criminal Organization', the assets belonging to Alihan Kuriş, known publicly as the leader of the Süleymancılar community, and his family have been revealed. The asset information included in the investigation file has exposed the massive real estate holdings registered under the Kuriş family.
Within the scope of the comprehensive investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the "Alihan Kuriş Criminal Organization," the assets belonging to Alihan Kuriş, known publicly as the leader of the Süleymancılar community, and his family have been revealed. According to the information identified by the investigation units, there are a total of 191 active real estate records registered under the names of family members, predominantly in Istanbul and Sakarya.
WHAT IS IN THE PROPERTY LIST?
According to the new findings included in the case file, luxury residences in Istanbul's most valuable neighborhoods, as well as vast lands and commercial properties in Sakarya, stand out.
A duplex residence and an apartment located in the luxury residential area of Erenköy Neighborhood, Kadıköy district, Istanbul.
A historical wooden house built on an area of 9,031 square meters in Üsküdar Altunizade, a 4-story reinforced concrete apartment building rising on a 922 square meter plot, and a 462 square meter masonry/garden wooden house and its land in Kısıklı.
A wooden house with a barn covering 21,432 square meters and large field areas in the Serdivan district of Sakarya.
Numerous fields and zoned plots totaling tens of acres in the Tekeler and Palak Yurdu locations in Adapazarı.
A 3-story reinforced concrete workplace, office, and its land located on an area of 1,055 square meters in Sakarya Erenler.
138 PROPERTIES REGISTERED UNDER MOTHER KURİŞ
In the examinations conducted within the scope of the investigation, it was revealed that the largest portion of the real estate assets is registered under the name of Alihan Kuriş's mother, Ayşe Gülderen Kuriş. It was found that there are exactly 138 properties registered under Mother Kuriş's name.
There are 26 properties registered under the late father Mahmut Sabri Kuriş, 14 under Alihan Kuriş, and 13 under Hilmi Tuna Kuriş.
The Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK) and police units continue to examine the financial source, company transfer movements, and commercial relations of this real estate network.
