RELATIONSHIP WITH MEHMET AKBACAKOGLU

WHAT HAPPENED IN THE INVESTIGATION

THE ORGANIZATION'S SECRET SOFTWARE DECODED

During contacts in Diyarbakir, Interior Minister Mustafa Ciftci shared very important information about the operation with the public, revealing the organization's communication methods. Ciftci stated that following Alihan Kuris's takeover of the structure in 2016, significant movements of money and assets occurred. He noted that, similar to FETO's ByLock, this structure used a secret software named "Glooper" at the senior management level. According to Ciftci's statements, organization leaders could only access this special application through a three-stage high-security verification system.

A MASSIVE 70 MILLION EURO CENTER IN GERMANY

Another critical detail highlighted in Minister Ciftci's statements was the organization's foreign plans. Ciftci emphasized that the organization built a massive headquarters worth 70 million euros in Cologne, Germany, and that plans were made to move all activities there upon completion. Stating that this activity had long been carefully monitored by the state, Ciftci underlined that the operation targeted not religious people or religious communities, but entirely a profit-oriented criminal structure. NTV correspondent Mustafa Berber also confirmed in his broadcast details that the file focused not on social or religious activities, but on organized financial crimes and a hierarchical structure.

100 BILLION LIRA FOREIGN TRANSFER TRAFFIC AND THE ISRAEL TRACE

The investigation file also includes striking analyses prepared by the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK). According to allegations, a massive amount exceeding 100 billion lira was transferred abroad through individuals and companies linked to the organization. It is stated that claims of Israel-linked movements in the money traffic are being meticulously investigated within the scope of the inquiry. The connection of unusual relationships between capital structures and cash movements to criminal proceeds will be clarified through judicial examinations to be conducted. Suspects face charges of corruption, money laundering, and irregularities involving billions of lira.

RAIDS IN 17 PROVINCES AND 200 KILOS OF GOLD

Operations conducted at 123 addresses across 17 provinces, centered in Ankara, also revealed the organization's financial and logistical power. It was determined that 80 of the searched addresses belonged to 33 different companies. During a search at a single address targeting fugitive Hilmi Tuna Kuris, 200 kilograms of unrefined gold bullion of unknown origin, with a market value of 1.34 billion lira, was seized. Additionally, in searches at other addresses, 20 unlicensed firearms were found in one house, and large amounts of foreign currency cash were confiscated at various points.

32 ARRESTS, HOUSE ARREST FOR FORMER HSK MEMBER

Following police procedures, 38 suspects were referred to the courthouse, and 32 of them, including organization leader Alihan Kuris, were arrested by court order and sent to prison. The judiciary imposed house arrest on six suspects. It was noteworthy that former Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) member Ahmet Gokcen was among those placed under house arrest.

It was announced that the other names arrested and sent to prison were Fahri Candemir, Suleyman Kahraman, Recep Okumuslar, Seref Toprak, Mehmet Hilmi Molla, Nezih Murat Buyukgoze, Metin Guer, Hilmi Senol, Suleyman Hilmi Dinc, Yunus Aslan, Muharrem Hilmi Akbulut, Mehmet Aksu, Muhammed Dag, Mehmet Bozpinar, Mehmet Akbacakoglu, Ahmet Simsek, Abdulkerim Emrah, Isa Cardak, Cevat Bagci, Zeki Altinel, Huseyin Turker, Mehmet Kurban, Mehmet Tekin, Mustafa Gokduman, Hamza Deniz, Kazim Per, Ahmet Ugur Pakcan, Ridvan Erdal, Zubeyr Ozcan, Hayrullah Uusl, and Muhammet Karakose.
