The Beşiktaş District Governorship announced that, as a result of the work done regarding the concert events of Slaughter to Prevail and Behemoth, it has been determined that these events have caused reactions from many segments of society due to their incompatibility with our social values. In the statement, it was reported that the events have been banned for a duration of 2 days at Zorlu PSM.

The concerts of Slaughter to Prevail and Behemoth, which were expected to be held at the Zorlu Performing Arts Center, have been banned by the Beşiktaş District Governorship. All events have been banned for 2 days due to the reactions from various segments of society, as they were deemed incompatible with our social values.

The following statements were recorded in the announcement made by the district governorship:

"As a result of the studies conducted regarding the concert events to be held by the group named "SLOUGHTER TO PREVAIL" on February 10 at 21:30 and by the group named "BEHEMOTH" on February 11 at 21:30 at the Turkcell Stage of the Zorlu Performing Arts Center within our district boundaries;

It has been determined that the events have caused reactions from various segments of society due to their incompatibility with our social values.

Therefore; based on Articles 17 and 22 of the Law on Meetings and Demonstrations No. 2911 and Article 32/C of the Provincial Administration Law No. 5442;

A decision has been made to BAN all kinds of concerts, festivals, collective and ticketed programs, and other events within Zorlu PSM and Zorlu Center from 00:01 on 10.02.2026 to 23:59 on 11.02.2026 for a period of 2 (two) days."
