It was claimed that a total of 124 million 68 thousand TL was transferred from the CHP Headquarters to some media outlets between 2024 and 2026 during the terms of Burhanettin Bulut and Özgür Karabat. In the leaked list, it was alleged that the largest share, 79.2 million TL, went to Halk TV, and 33.7 million TL to Tele1. It is also claimed that the table, which includes BirGün newspaper, Yurttaş Medya, Nubtum Medya, and Meltem TV, is only the first act, and new lists regarding digital propaganda networks will be leaked.
Under the coordination of the CHP Headquarters' Promotion and Media Department and Administrative and Financial Affairs Department, payments allegedly made to some media organizations during the tenure of Burhanettin Bulut and Özgür Karabat have been revealed.
ALLEGATION: "124 MILLION TL TRANSFERRED TO MEDIA"
According to a table reportedly obtained from CHP sources, a total of 124 million 68 thousand 338 TL was allegedly paid to various media companies in 2024, 2025, and 2026.
LARGEST SHARE TO HALK TV: 79 MILLION 220 THOUSAND TL
It was noted that the largest payment on the revealed list was made to Halk TV. Halk TV was reportedly paid a total of 79 million 220 thousand TL, consisting of 24 million 180 thousand TL in 2024, 35 million 40 thousand TL in 2025, and 20 million TL in 2026.
TELE1 RECEIVES 33 MILLION 700 THOUSAND TL
It was stated that Tele1 ranked second on the list. Tele1 was reported to have received payments of 12 million 900 thousand TL in 2024 and 20 million 800 thousand TL in 2025, totaling 33 million 700 thousand TL.
Thus, the total payment allegedly made to Halk TV and Tele1 reached 112 million 920 thousand TL.
FUNDS ALSO FLOWED TO TELE2 AFTER TELE1
Another notable payment on the list was reportedly made to Tele2 Haber, which launched after Tele1. It was emphasized that Tele2 received a total of 3 million TL, with 600 thousand TL in 2025 and 2 million 400 thousand TL in 2026.
BIRGUN RECEIVES 3 MILLION 511 THOUSAND TL
It was also claimed that payments were made from the CHP Headquarters to BirGün newspaper. BirGün was alleged to have received a total of 3 million 511 thousand 538 TL, including 798 thousand TL in 2024, 1 million 713 thousand 538 TL in 2025, and 1 million TL in 2026.
YURTTAS MEDIA RECEIVES 2 MILLION 406 THOUSAND TL
Among the allegations, payments were also made to Yurttaş Medya, known for street interviews and opposition content on YouTube and social media platforms. Yurttaş Medya was reported to have received a total of 2 million 406 thousand TL, including 792 thousand TL in 2024, 1 million 8 thousand TL in 2025, and 606 thousand TL in 2026.
NUBTUM MEDIA RECEIVES 1 MILLION 270 THOUSAND TL, MELTEM RADIO AND TV RECEIVES 900 THOUSAND TL
It was noted that Nubtum Medya also appeared on the list. Gaye Derekaya's Nubtum Medya, known for its closeness to Burhanettin Bulut, was reported to have received 1 million 270 thousand 800 TL in 2025.
It was also alleged that Meltem Radio and TV, under the patronage of Independent Turkey Party Chairman Hüseyin Baş, were on the list. Meltem Radio and TV were reported to have received 900 thousand TL in 2026.
Sosar Medya, allegedly founded by Cumhur Haber Ajansı General Manager Can Uzunkök, was reported to have received 60 thousand TL in 2026.
