It was reported that one person lost their life due to an avalanche in the Uludere district of Şırnak. Teams were dispatched to the area upon notification, and work related to the incident is ongoing.
One person lost their life in an avalanche disaster that occurred in the Uludere district of Şırnak.
The incident, which took place around 10:00 AM near the Ortasu village of Uludere, involved a sudden avalanche in the area. Following the avalanche, 112 Emergency Health, AFAD, and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the region upon the notification of nearby residents.
IDENTITY NOT YET DETERMINED
In the search and rescue efforts supported by citizens in addition to the teams, the lifeless body of one person was found. It was reported that the identity of the deceased has not yet been determined.
After examinations at the scene, the body was taken to Uludere State Hospital for an autopsy upon the instruction of the Uludere Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
