After the Syrian army's targeted operations against the terrorist organization YPG/SDF, security and stability have gradually been reestablished in Aleppo. This development has infuriated the supporters of the terrorist organization in Syria's Hasakah province. A large group gathered in front of the US base, protesting Washington's decision not to intervene in the clashes between the Syrian army and the YPG by kicking the facility's doors.
The last group of YPG/SDG members, cornered by the operations carried out by the Syrian army in the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood of Aleppo, has been evacuated to the northeast of the country.
THE LAST GROUP HAS BEEN EVACUATED
According to a report by the Syrian official news agency SANA, members of the YPG/SDG terrorist organization positioned in the neighborhood accepted the evacuation and departed from the evacuation point called "Avared" with a convoy consisting of 6 buses and 7 ambulances. The convoy then entered the airport road and headed towards the Tabqa district on the Euphrates River.
It was also learned that a group of YPG/SDG members stationed at Yasin Hospital in the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood was evacuated to the same area in the evening hours. Thus, it was recorded that the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafiyeh neighborhoods were completely cleared of YPG/SDG elements and came under the control of the Syrian army.
SECURITY AND STABILITY HAVE BEEN REESTABLISHED IN ALEPPO
Aleppo Governor Azzam al-Garib stated that security and stability have been gradually reestablished in Aleppo following the Syrian army's targeted operations against the YPG/SDG terrorist organization.
Speaking to the Syrian official news agency SANA, Governor Garib said, "The period of concern in our city is behind us. Aleppo is strong today with the unity of its people, protected by its will, and is safe."
"ALEPPO IS SAFE TODAY"
Governor Garib expressed that security has gradually stabilized in the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafiyeh neighborhoods and stated that an environment of peace and security has been reestablished in the city. He noted that efforts are ongoing in the field to make security permanent and that relevant institutions are continuously working in all neighborhoods for the public to return to normal life. Governor Garib said, "Aleppo is safe today. With God's permission, the future will be even more stable."
SUPPORTERS OF THE TERRORIST ORGANIZATION ARE ANGRY
The developments in Aleppo and the evacuation of YPG/SDG members from the region have infuriated the supporters of the terrorist organization in Hasakah.
THEY ATTACKED THE US BASE
A large group gathered in front of the US base protested by kicking the doors of the facility in response to Washington's decision not to intervene in the clashes between the Syrian army and the YPG.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Since January 6, the YPG/SDG terrorist organization has carried out attacks on many points in Aleppo from the regions it occupied. The Damascus administration had requested the YPG/SDG to comply with the March 10 Agreement and to cease attacks in Aleppo. Following the continuation of the YPG/SDG's attacks, the Syrian army launched targeted operations against the positions of the terrorist organization in the Sheikh Maqsoud, Ashrafiyeh, and Beni Zayd neighborhoods of Aleppo.
