Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has initiated an investigation ex officio regarding the three Turkish citizens who lost their lives due to an Israeli attack while attempting to cross from Lebanon to Israel.

In a statement made by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was reported that an investigation has been initiated ex officio regarding the death of 3 Turkish citizens as a result of an airstrike carried out by the Israeli army while attempting to cross from Lebanon to Israel.

The statement included, "The bodies have been sent to our country, and autopsy procedures are ongoing in the provinces where they are registered. After the completion of the autopsy procedures, it has been requested that the documents be sent to our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office from the relevant Chief Public Prosecutor's Offices."
