Israeli Michael Ganoe, who sought support for Ekrem İmamoğlu during the protests in Saraçhane, was captured in a MIT and police operation. Deportation proceedings have been initiated against Ganoe.

The protests were held for Ekrem İmamoğlu, who was detained as part of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) investigation and for whom a detention order was issued.

ISRAEL-SUPPORTING JOURNALIST IN SARAÇHANE

Journalist Michael Ganoe, known for his support of Israel, also participated in the protests in Saraçhane, which drew criticism.

In a post on his Instagram and TikTok accounts, Michael Ganoe stated, "Listen, everyone in the WhatsApp group! I want you to go to Facebook and share this video I posted. Right here, I need your attention and support, I need your help. Go to the Inside Israel page and share our video. We can't do it because the government has restricted the internet. Thank you."
