ANOTHER WARNING FROM TURKEY TO THE SDG
The terrorist organization SDG, which does not comply with the March 10 Agreement in Syria, is resisting integration into the Syrian army despite the expiration of the given deadline. While there are sporadic violent clashes between the Syrian army and the SDG in the country, another warning has come from Turkey to the terrorist organization.
Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler emphasized that they will not allow any terrorist organization in the region. In his statement, Minister Güler said: "Undoubtedly, the deterrent power of our army has primarily manifested itself in the fight against terrorist organizations, and the heroic Mehmetçik has brought terrorism to the brink of elimination with their unparalleled efforts. As a result, under the leadership of our esteemed President, the 'Terror-Free Turkey' process has been initiated. We sincerely wish for the success of this process."
"THE PKK AND ALL AFFILIATED GROUPS MUST SURRENDER THEIR WEAPONS IN ALL REGIONS"
All groups affiliated with the PKK must immediately cease all terrorist activities and unconditionally surrender their weapons in all regions where they are located, including Syria, under the dissolution decision. I would like to remind once again that we will not allow any terrorist organization, especially PKK/PYD/YPG/SDG, to take root in the region."
ERDOĞAN: THE MARCH 10 AGREEMENT MUST BE FOLLOWED
President Erdoğan also delivered a striking message at the "16th Ambassadors Conference" held at the Beştepe National Exhibition Hall in Ankara. Erdoğan stated, "The March 10 Agreement must be implemented. Israel's attacks are an obstacle in front of Syria. It is clear who will benefit from the fragmentation of Syria."
80,000 TROOPS TO BE SENT TO THE REGION
The Syrian army has completed its preparations for a comprehensive operation following the expiration of the deadline given to the PKK-SDG structure. In this regard, the deployment of 7 divisions and approximately 80,000 soldiers is planned. It has been noted that this number may increase further depending on developments, and that heavy weapons, as well as drones, helicopters, and fighter jets, will be used in the operation. While reconnaissance UAV–SİHA flights have intensified in the Deir ez-Zor, Tishrin-Karakozak, Tabqa, Halsa, Ayn Issa, and Raqqa fronts, the forward units have made pinpoint determinations.
WHAT IS THE MARCH 10 AGREEMENT?
On March 10, an eight-article integration agreement was signed between the Syrian Interim President Ahmed Şara and Mazlum Abdi of the SDG. The agreed-upon articles of the agreement were as follows:
"-Guaranteeing the right of all Syrians to participate in the political process and all state institutions based on merit, without religious or ethnic discrimination.
-Recognizing the Kurdish community as an inseparable part of the Syrian state and guaranteeing their citizenship and constitutional rights.
-Declaring a ceasefire throughout all Syrian territories to end armed conflicts.
-Integrating the civil and military institutions in northeastern Syria, including border gates, airports, oil and natural gas fields, into the Syrian state administration.
-Ensuring that all displaced Syrians can return to their cities and villages and are protected by the Syrian state.
-Supporting the Syrian state's struggle against the remnants of the Assad regime and all threats to Syria's security and unity.
-Rejecting calls aimed at creating division among all segments of Syrian society, hate speech, and attempts to sow discord.
-Ensuring that the executive committees continue their work to implement the agreement by the end of the year at the latest."
