A person entered a wedding hall in the Kurtalan district of Siirt and opened fire randomly. One of the four people who were seriously injured in the incident died in the hospital, while the attacker was apprehended shortly afterward.

A shooting occurred at the Sare Wedding Hall in the Kurtalan district of Siirt. One person was killed, and three others were injured.

FIRED RANDOMLY IN THE WEDDING HALL

According to the information obtained, a person named A. A. entered the Sare Wedding Hall located on Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Boulevard in the Kurtalan district and unleashed terror with a gun. As a result of the gunfire, four people were seriously injured. Upon notification, a large number of police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. After the initial intervention by the medical teams, the injured were taken to Kurtalan State Hospital.

DIED IN THE HOSPITAL

It was determined that one of the injured, Adnan Pekgöz, could not be saved and died. After the incident, extensive security measures were taken around the wedding hall and its vicinity. The assailant was captured by the police teams in a short time.
