In Muğla, former AK Party Provincial Chairman Haluk Laçin was subjected to an armed attack by 2 people on a motorcycle in his office. Laçin, who was injured in his legs, was taken to the hospital, while the 2 suspects were caught shortly after. It was learned that Laçin would undergo surgery.
Two suspects were detained in connection with the armed attack on Haluk Laçin, the former provincial chairman of the AK Party in the Datça district of Muğla. Laçin, who was injured in the attack, was transferred to Muğla Training and Research Hospital.
ATTACKED IN FRONT OF HIS OFFICE
The incident occurred on Ambarcı Street in the İskele neighborhood. Haluk Laçin, who was sitting in front of his office, was attacked by two individuals on a motorcycle. As a result of the gunfire, Laçin was wounded in his legs.
TRANSFERRED TO THE HOSPITAL
Following the notification, health teams dispatched to the scene provided first aid to Laçin, who was then taken to Datça State Hospital. After his condition was assessed, he was transferred to Muğla Training and Research Hospital.
SUSPECTS CAUGHT QUICKLY
One of the suspects allegedly involved in the attack was apprehended at the scene, while the other suspect driving the motorcycle fled. As a result of police efforts, the second suspect was also caught quickly and taken to the police station.

It was learned that Haluk Laçin, who was brought to Muğla Training and Research Hospital, will undergo surgery, while the investigation into the incident continues.
