A young man preparing to wear his wedding suit in Kocaeli lost his life in the same accident as his father. Emin Tolgay and his father Musa Tolgay, who died when a car rear-ended their tractor in the Körfez district, were bid farewell in tears in Dilovası. It was learned that 24-year-old Emin Tolgay, who passed away in the prime of his life, was supposed to have his wedding in three months.

CRASHED UNDER THE TRUCK: FATHER AND SON DIED AT THE SCENE
The terrible accident occurred around 02:00 at night in the Hacıosman neighborhood of Körfez district on the D100 Highway. The car, with license plate 41 APR 786 driven by 24-year-old Emin Tolgay, violently rear-ended a truck traveling ahead. Due to the force of the collision, the car went under the truck, and its roof was completely crushed. Health teams arriving at the scene determined that driver Emin Tolgay and his father Musa Tolgay (53), who was in the vehicle, had died at the scene.
HE WAS PREPARING FOR HIS HAPPIEST DAY
After autopsy procedures, the bodies of the father and son were handed over to their families and brought to Dilovası Orhangazi Mosque. Their relatives, receiving condolences there, struggled to stand. A heartbreaking detail remained from the young driver Emin Tolgay, who died with his father; it was learned that the unfortunate young man was to have his wedding in 3 months and was making marriage preparations.
THEY WERE LAID TO REST SIDE BY SIDE
The funeral prayer, held after the noon prayer, was attended by relatives of the Tolgay family as well as AK Party Kocaeli Deputy Cemil Yaman, Dilovası Mayor Ramazan Ömeroğlu, Dilovası Police Chief Mustafa Serhat Canbaz, and many citizens. After receiving forgiveness, the father and son were laid to rest side by side amidst tears at the Dilovası Cemetery.
