A funeral ceremony was held in Istanbul for the famous artist Volkan Konak, who passed away. During the ceremony, security barriers were broken due to the crowd, and tensions arose as some people tried to approach the coffin. If there is no order in the rows, the prayer cannot be performed this way."
The funeral of the famous artist Volkan Konak, who collapsed during a concert in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and passed away in the hospital, was brought to Istanbul last night.
A funeral ceremony was held today in Istanbul for the famous artist. There was a crowd before the funeral ceremony held at the Barbaros Hayrettin Paşa Mosque in Levent.

Selma Konak, who was shaken by the news of her husband's death, embraced the coffin of her husband of 35 years during the funeral. With tears in her eyes, Selma Konak cried out, "How could you do this to me, Volkan?" Struggling to stand, Selma Konak had difficulty remaining upright.

Fans and relatives flocked to Konak's funeral. At times, it became difficult to even take a step, and there was a crowd at the funeral.

DAUGHTER FAINTED
Volkan Konak's daughter, Şimal Konak, fainted during the funeral ceremony. After fainting, Şimal Konak was taken to an ambulance and attempts were made to calm her down.
CALL FROM THE IMAM: DO YOUR LAST DUTY WELL
The crowding that occurred before the ceremony also happened during the prayer. The imam leading the funeral prayer called out to the congregation due to the disarray in the rows, saying, "If you love Volkan Konak, please do your last duty well. Please, if the rows are not in order, this prayer cannot be performed. Let's take a step back. Let's perform our last worship and duty for Mr. Volkan, God willing. Please take a step back, for the sake of Allah."
