Beşiktaş's new head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has arrived in Istanbul.

The black-and-whites, who have been searching for a coach for a long time, have reached a 1.5-year agreement with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Beşiktaş has also brought the Norwegian coach to Istanbul.

Beşiktaş had contacted the Norwegian coach during the period when they were looking for a head coach last season. Solskjaer has worked at Molde, Cardiff, and Manchester United during his career. Most recently, Solskjaer was in charge of Manchester United, and he has not managed a team since leaving the English club in November 2021.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will watch the match that Beşiktaş will play against Samsunspor at Tüpraş Stadium from the stands tomorrow. The Norwegian coach is expected to be in charge of the team during the UEFA Europa League match against Athletic Bilbao later this week.
