380 THOUSAND DOLLAR BRIBERY ALLEGATION FROM SUSPECT
Businessman Naci Aydın stated that he gave approximately 380 thousand dollars to Deputy Mayor Responsible for Zoning, Fatih Yavuz.
HTS RECORDS QUESTIONED
In his statement, Aydın, who responded to questions about HTS records, was asked why he and Fatih Yavuz gave signals from the same base station multiple times on December 27, 2024. Considering the MASAK data and phone examination reports in the investigation file, he was asked to explain this base station coincidence.
“I TOOK THE MONEY TO THE OFFICE”
Naci Aydın stated that on the mentioned date, he went to Fatih Yavuz due to donation payments and explained that after converting 12 million TL into foreign currency, he took the money, amounting to approximately 375 to 380 thousand dollars, to the official office in the Silivri Municipal Building.
Aydın stated that because the office was crowded, he waited for a while, and as the procedures were prolonged, he handed over the money in the cardboard bag he brought to Fatih Yavuz's secretary.

In his statement, Aydın claimed that the secretary did not know there was money in the package and said he left the package to be given to Fatih Yavuz. He further alleged that in a subsequent meeting with Fatih Yavuz, he conveyed that he had left the money, intended to be distributed under the name of "donation" regarding shop licenses and permit processes, to the secretary, and that Yavuz accepted this.
